A FAIRYTALE pantomime with a twist will be brought to life by Widnes-based Split Ends Theatre Company as part of an upcoming series of shows.
Little Red follows its eponymous heroine, who is sent off on a magical journey to granny’s house.
Along the way she has to fight a jealous wicked queen, stay away from the big bad wolf, meet the three little pigs and confess her love to the humble woodcutter.
It has been a busy year for Split Ends Theatre.
They performed their last show Project 13 to a sell out audience at The Studio in Widnes and are about to take part in West End showcase Magic At The Musicals at the Brindley on October 12 and the Studio on October 21.
The showcase will be a collaboration between Split Ends, Victoria Music, Vocalise and West Bank Theatre who will perform all the classics from favourite west end musicals.
Michael Pirks, head writer at Split Ends Theatre, said: “Split Ends never seems to stop and that is how we like it.
“We have a lot to look forward to in the next three months.”
Little Red takes place at The Brindley on November 24.
Tickets, priced £8 and £6, can be booked on 0151 907 8360.
