Merseyside writer Cath Bore to appear at the Chester Literature Festival

MERSEYSIDE writer Cath Bore is to appear at the Chester Literature Festival on Friday, October 21.

She will be talking about her short film Past Glories (2010) , the feature film Big Society – The Musical (2011), which she worked on with a team of top Liverpool writers over the summer, plus her current work in progress, a crime novel called The Missing Link.

The Missing Link was placed second at 2011's Festival of Writing York in their unpublished novel competition and is nearing completion.

In the past year, Cath appeared on Five’s The Wright Stuff, The Vanessa Show and Radio 4's Front Row.

She joins Mick Coyle on Liverpool’s City Talk 105.9 every Tuesday at 7.20am and chats to Roy Basnett at 7.45am on the same day on Warrington, Widnes and Runcorn’s Wire FM.

Cath Bore will appearing at Bitesize at Lunchtime as part of the Chester Literature Festival, at the Wesley Centre in St John Street on Friday, October 21, at 1pm. Tickets £3. Call 0845 241 7868.
