FOLLOWING the recent postponement of Duran Duran's UK All You Need Is Now arena tour, due to singer Simon Le Bon's vocal problems, the band members have announced they have been able to reschedule the gigs for December.
The concerts mark the band's first full UK arena tour in seven years, for which they are planning a totally new and spectacular production.
Tickets for the original May/June shows will be valid for the new dates.
They include Saturday, December 10 at the Echo Arena, Liverpool, and Friday, December 16, at the Manchester Evening News Arena.
The band, famous for hits such as Hungry Like the Wolf, Rio and The Reflex said the concert would be a early Christmas present for their fans.
Bassist John Taylor said: “Given the fact we'd missed the dates in May, we wanted to do something really special for the fans pre-Christmas.
“It's taken us a minute to clear dates in all of these venues, as this is obviously an incredibly busy time of year, but finally we've been able to make it work and cannot wait to get there."
