HALTON drama troupe Split Ends Theatre will be returning to the Brindley for their latest pantomime Little Red.
Described as a modern day panto version of the classic fairy tale Little Red Riding Hood with a Split Ends twist, the production is about Little Red, a young and flighty girl, who is sent off on a magical journey to granny’s house.
Along the way she has to fight off a jealous wicked queen, stay away from the big bad wolf, and confess her love to the loyal woodcutter.
Split Ends enjoyed success in the pantomime genre last year with a production of Funkerella.
Michael Pirks, head writer and company producer said: “We had fun performing Funkerella and the audience really got into it so we wanted to go down the pantomime route again.”
The production will be on Thursday, November 24.
