TV COMEDY favourite Michael McIntyre has announced a UK tour for the autumn which takes him to the Echo Arena Liverpool from November 22-24.

Star of Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, Britain’s Got Talent and winner of the 2010 British Comedy Award for Best Male TV Comic, McIntyre returns to the road for his third and biggest UK arena tour to date.

McIntyre’s observational comedy and trademark ability to turn everyday situations into masterclasses of human exasperation have struck chords with millions of fans.

He has released two best-selling DVDs - Live And Laughing which currently holds the top spot as the biggest selling UK debut stand-up DVD and Hello Wembley which in 2009 became the fastest selling UK stand-up DVD of all time. They sold a staggering combined 2,500,000 copies.

In November 2010 he also released the best-selling stand-up boxset.

McIntyre has had an exceptional two years.

Highlights include writing his first autobiography Life & Laughing and selling more than 360,000 copies as the Christmas number one and one of the best-selling non-fiction books of the year.
