Dance show Essence Of Ireland stops off at Victoria Hall in Hanley

THE spirit of all things Irish leaps into Hanley’s Victoria Hall tomorrow (Thursday) in the enchanting Essence Of Ireland.

Whether you’ve enjoyed Irish dance shows in the past or you’re looking to discover the Celtic tradition for the first time, the show will allow you to experience the true spirit of the Emerald Isle.

A tour spokeswoman said: “This is a breathtaking show of outstanding music, inspired choreography and stunning costumes, the critically acclaimed Essence Of Ireland is taking theatres by storm. It is a fusion of traditional and modern songs, endless energetic dance routines, and a touch of Irish craic, the spectacular Essence Of Ireland cast take the audience on a mesmerising journey through Ireland.”

As an added attraction, the eight-year-old Irish dancer who made to the semi-finals of Sky 1’s Got To Dance will appear in a guest spot on the show.

Little Damsha Dreams (real name Siobhan Phelan) is coming over for a handful of dates.

She is the Under-8 European, All Ireland, British, and Dublin champion in Irish Dance.
