FOUR more top comics roll into Nantwich next week for The Very Best In Stand Up at the Civic Hall.
Familiar face – and voice – Al Pitcher is back in South Cheshire following an appearance at The Limelight in 2008.
The voice of the ‘think Australian, drink Australian’ Foster’s lager adverts has extensive gig history involving about every major European festival.
Also on the bill is Michael Fabbri, who is rapidly earning a reputation as one of the most promising up- and-coming comedians on the circuit with a dark and honest approach to life’s ‘touchy’ subjects.
Taking the helm on compère duty will be St Helens-based Dave Twentyman – a natural on stage who comes alive especially when playing the fool and bantering with audiences.
And, finally, Liverpudlian Anvil Springstien promises his brand of remarkable manic, improvising energies and charismatic story telling when he comes to South Cheshire.
The show starts at 8.15pm on Friday, March 4. No under-16s are admitted and under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are £9. To book, visit www.d2dhosting.co.uk/civiccomedy.
