Michael Ball will pay tribute to musical heroes at Liverpool Empire

MICHAEL Ball, Britain’s leading musical theatre star, multi-platinum recording artist, TV and radio presenter and Olivier Award winner, has announced he will be going on the road next year.

His show Heroes hits the Liverpool Empire on June 4.

Michael will be performing some of his own hits plus many of his own ‘heroes’ of the music world will be immortalised on the tour with Michael’s own tributes to stars of past and present.

Michael Ball has wowed West End audiences to stunning critical acclaim as the supersized Edna Turnblad in Hairspray.

Such was the response to this production of the musical at the Shaftesbury Theatre that it toured the UK and Ireland this year, with Michael again taking his role as Edna.

A dynamic performer and multi-platinum recording artist, Michael tours the UK on a regular basis and plays to capacity audiences every time.

He has had his own BBC Radio 2 programme, as well as his ITV 1 series – The Michael Ball Show – which has been pulling in massive ratings.

Michael Ball will be at the Liverpool Empire on June 4. Tickets £30.
