Quondam theatre company comes to The Brindley

SMALL scale theatre company Quondam is showcasing a performance of The Wife of Usher’s Well.
The intriguing tale, based on a traditional ballad from the Scottish borders, follows a ghostly figure, a soldier returning home to spend one last night with his mother.
But the production promises a modern twist to the classic supernatural tale.
Performed by four actors, portraying several characters each in a variety of theatrical styles, the show is sure to have something for everyone.
The actors will also play all accompanying music live adding a haunting atmosphere to the ghostly tale.
