Level 42 to play gig at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall

A BAND that lit up the 80s with their brand of jazz funk basslines are set to play again at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.

Level 42 helped to change the face of the music scene in Britain with hit singles including Lessons in Love, Something About You, Leaving Me Now and Running in the Family.

The line-up for the 30th anniversary show is Mark King on bass and vocals, Mike Lindup on keys and vocals, Nathan King on guitar and Sean Freeman on sax.

The show is pencilled in for October 8.
