Myleene Klass and Will Young star at Tatton Park Picnic Concerts

One of the most highly anticipated music events of the summer takes place this weekend at a Cheshire beauty spot.

The Hallé Fireworks and Light Spectacular is set to make a triumphant return for a record-breaking 19th year, as part of the Tatton Park Picnic Concerts on Saturday.

Hosted by Myleene Klass, this unmissable concert features an unforgettable performance from the world-class Hallé Orchestra and, in true Tatton style, the evening will be brought to a stunning climax with a breathtaking fireworks display.

Myleene will play host for the evening, guiding concert-goers through a magical night of stunning opera standards including Puccini, Verdi, Dvorak and Bizet, all performed by the world-famous Hallé Orchestra.

The concert will be conducted by Stephen Bell and will feature special guests soprano Natasha Marsh and tenor Wynne Evans.

Then on Sunday, August 1, one of the UK’s brightest stars, Will Young, will take to the stage for Party! at Tatton Park in association with Francis House Children’s Hospice.

Loved by fans and critics alike and with a host of smash hits including Who Am I, Leave Right Now and the anthemic Evergreen, Will is sure to get the party started as dusk falls over the dazzling lakeside setting.

The weekend’s festivities will come to an end with a bang as another dramatic fireworks display will be staged.
