Club ready for Very Best in Stand Up opening night

HOLD on to your sides, South Cheshire’s newest comedy club opens its doors for the first time ever on Friday (May 7).

Nantwich Civic Hall is now home to the Very Best in Stand Up and the monthly event will see some of the world’s top comedy talent take to the stage.

In its previous venue the comedy club – under the guise of M Comedy – attracted people from across South Cheshire who came to see some of the highest calibre acts on the UK comedy circuit.

Ray Peacock, who has been making a name for himself with appearances on Russell Howard’s Good News, will MC the evening.

He is joined by a stellar line-up including Dan Nightingale, who has built up a reputation for being magnetic, entertaining and wonderfully friendly.

Completing the bill are up-and -coming stars Nick Page and Eddy Brimson.

Doors open at 7.15pm and the show starts at 8.15pm. No under-16s are allowed and under-18s must be with an adult.
