BRITPOP icons The Bluetones headline The Box in Pedley Street, Crewe on Saturday.
Frontman Mark Moriss returns to the town exactly a year after an acoustic appearance at Square One.
The band’s reputation was huge in the 90s with tracks such as Slight Return and Marblehead Johnson.
They knocked Oasis’ (What’s The Story) Morning Glory off top spot with their debut album Expecting To Fly, only to be replaced again by the Manchester boys a week later.
Support comes from Married To The Sea and Crewe band Sumo Kings.
