Pianist Martin Roscoe joins Halton Music Society for their final concert in Runcorn

HALTON Music Society will promote its last concert at The Brindley in Runcorn on Saturday, after deciding to dissolve after 39 years.
Returning for the event is pianist Martin Roscoe, who first performed for the society in 1978 when the cost of piano hire was larger than his fee!
The Manchester Chamber Ensemble will join him for a programme featuring music by Mozart, Faure and Brahms.
Tickets, priced £12.50 with concessions £10.50, are on sale at The Brindley box office on 0151 907 8360 or online at www.thebrindley.org.uk.
