Comedian Lee Mack in Hanley’s Victoria Hall visit

BRIGHT spark comic Lee Mack brings his Going Out tour to the Victoria Hall in Hanley on Friday.

The 40-year-old is back with a brand new stand-up show for 2010 to follow up his previous successful shows and build upon his growing reputation.

Despite his intensive touring schedule, and winning stand up competition So You Think You’re Funny, Lee is probably best known for his work on TV.

He’s working on the fourth series of Rose d’Or and RTS Award-winning sitcom Not Going Out for BBC1.

He’s also a team captain on the BBC1 panel show Would I Lie To You?, a guest host on Have I Got News for You and has his own radio show on BBC Radio 2 called The Lee Mack Show.

Theatre spokesman Dave Bradbury said: “Critically acclaimed Bafta-winning comedian Lee Mack returns to the live stage with a hotly anticipated new show.

“Lee will be bringing his trademark brand of high energy banter, well crafted gags and sharp one-liners to venues across the country on his biggest ever live stand-up tour.”

The show starts at 8pm and tickets are priced £18.50, to book phone the box office on 0871 871 7649 or visit www.ambassadortickets.com/victoria-hall.
