Live music nights start at The Cornerhouse on Victoria Road, Widnes

A REGULAR live band night which began in Widnes last week even gave the audience a chance to show off their skills.
Jam Night at The Cornerhouse in Victoria Square hosted Halton musicians such as Acoustic Solution, Shush, Rock Revolution, Les Glover and MaltLoaf performing live.
Organiser Lee Kelly said: “Members of the public who came along could also get up and jam with the musicians or simply on their own.
“The night had a great relaxed ambience.
“Night time drinkers in Victoria Square have been looking for a venue that plays live entertainment and now The Cornerhouse offers it every Thursday night from 9pm.”
