MANCHESTER Metropolitan University’s Axis Arts Centre opens for its second season in Crewe tomorrow (Thursday) with a double-header.
Drama lecturer Leetje Van De Cruys presents Horse – the story of a woman who think that not only is she a horse, but she is a different one from the one she is. The show is about how to fit in, how to be loved, and what it takes to achieve that. This show contains nudity.
But first up is David McBride’s Creating Space, an examination of a performance being taken over by technology through autobiography, choreography and even slapstick.
The evening starts at 7.30pm and tickets are £7, £4.50 concessions. To book in advance phone 0161 247 5302 or visit www.axisartscentre.org.uk.
