COMEDY veteran Sol Bernstein makes a welcome return to Crewe next week for the first M Comedy club night of the week.
He is the very definition of the ‘V’ word, having been around for a lifetime in the entertainment industry.
Promoter Jon Mitchell said: “Sol is one of the finest acts we had the pleasure of putting on in the past, and it is a pleasure to bring him back here to M Comedy.”
Joining Sol at the M Club-based night in High Street on Friday, January 29, is rising comedienne Lucy Porter, who stops off for a brief visit before embarking on a 40-date UK tour, having established herself as one of the best female comics around.
Also on the bill are MC Andrew Bird, who has been described by Time Out magazine as ‘one of the hottest prospects in stand-up’.
With his easy charm and sharp wit, he is zooming up the ranks with an animated storytelling style, punctuated by his keen perceptions on life.
Manchester-based comic Danny Deegan is the man tasked with holding up the middle of the show.
Tickets are priced £9, £8 for students with a valid ID card. Doors open at 7.15pm, with the show starting at 8.15pm.
