Auditions to be held for Liverpool Empire Theatre’s Stage Experience Project 2010

PERFORMING arts pupils in Halton are being offered a shot at Fame!

Auditions for 130 places for youngsters aged 11-21 are being offered at the Liverpool Empire’s yearly Stage Experience project, which will take place on March 20, 2010.

This year the popular young persons project, which sees amateur actors and actresses work with industry professionals to put together a full- scale musical production, is taking on Fame! at the Empire stage.

Rehearsals run from July 26 until August 7, culminating in performances from August 5-7.

Those who wish to audition need to first complete an application form, available to collect from the Empire’s box office and downloadable from www.liverpoolempire.org.uk.

The project fee is £150, which includes two weeks of professional tuition.

Application forms must be returned to the Empire no later than March 8, 2010.
