BAD Company, one of the most acclaimed bands of the classic rock era, have announced they will play the MEN Arena on Friday, April 2, as part of their first UK tour in more than three decades.
The original members of the English supergroup – Paul Rodgers, Mick Ralphs and Simon Kirke – will perform at the Manchester venue next spring to celebrate the release of their live CD/DVD, due out early next year.
Former Free frontman Rodgers recently performed at the Arena with Queen.
After the break-up of Free, Paul Rodgers and drummer, Simon Kirke teamed up with Mott The Hoople guitarist Mick Ralphs to form Bad Company in 1973.
The following year they released their self-titled debut album which included the hit single Can’t Get Enough.
The band followed this with their classic rock albums Straight Shooter, Run With The Pack, Burnin’ Sky and Desolation Angels before splitting in the early 80s.
Tickets may be subject to a booking fee and are available on 0844 847 8000 or via men-arena.com.
