Select Model Agency seeks Cheshire models at Clothes Show Live at Birmingham NEC

Thousands of would-be models will be dressing to impress at this year’s Clothes Show Live.

Former Hollyoaks actress Roxanne McKee, who played Louise, is the face of the 2009 event, which takes place at the Birmingham NEC arena from tomorrow (Friday) to Wednesday.

Roxanne is taking a host of her Hollyoaks friends to the event including Jennifer Metcalfe (Mercedes), Carley Stenson (Steph) and Zoe Lister (Zoe).

They will be joined by fashion guru, Gok Wan and TV and radio presenters Fearne Cotton and George Lamb.

Select Model Agency is the only official model agency to appear at the Clothes Show Live.

Head of new faces division Susannah Hooker, said: “Clothes Show Live is one of the best events of the year for fashion-conscious, stylish girls.

“It’s great fun, with plenty to do and we are inundated with young hopeful models at our stand.

“In the past we’ve had some great successes in finding new faces from the North West with local girls from Ellesmere Port and Liverpool, some of whom who have gone on to work with Sugar magazine, Company, Bliss and Fabulous.

“This year’s show is extra special because we are looking for a face to be involved in the marketing campaign for Clothes Show Live 2010.

“We are the only official model agency for the show and as we’re there exclusively, one girl scouted by us will be part of the show herself next year, which is a huge opportunity for any young hopeful wondering whether or not to come along and visit us.

“Over the years we have scouted and signed up more than one hundred models at Clothes Show Live. Cheshire and the North West must be full of great girls, so come and say hi to us.”
