Winning TV choir Only Men Aloud come to Llandudno and Liverpool for Christmas

AFTER a critically acclaimed sell-out tour in April and May 2009, Only Men Aloud are back with a special Christmas themed tour.ŠŠ

The show will be a selection of festive Christmas repertoire, plus a mixture of songs from both their, albums and a few firm favourites.

Their second album Band Of Brothers has been No 1 in the classical charts for three weeks and is due to be released in the US in March 2010. Only Men Aloud will be filming a US TV special in November.

Only Men Aloud was formed in 2000 by Tim Rhys-Evans. In 2008, they entered and won BBC One’s hit Last Choir Standing.

They then signed a five album, multi-million pound record deal with Universal Classics and Jazz.

The choir’s top 20 debut album was recorded over five days at AIR studios in London, and achieved gold status within the first week of sales. Only Men Aloud perform live at Venue Cymru in Llandudno on December 3 (01492 872000) and the Philharmonic Hall in Liverpool on December 9 (0151 709 3789).
