Matt Monro Jnr performs at Crewe’s Lyceum Theatre

CELEBRATED entertainer Matt Monro Jnr will be performing a heart-warming tribute to his father as well as a selection of his own songs at the Lyceum Theatre in Crewe on Sunday.

Hot off the back of a Filipino tour, his show Intimately Yours offers an insight into the life and the music of the late Matt Monro.

It is a warm, witty and intimate evening that re-creates, celebrates and pays homage to his father and friends including Sammy Davis, Frank Sinatra, Barry Manilow, Neil Diamond and The Beatles.

In this compelling new show, Matt Monro Jnr has teamed up with his late father’s musical director, Colin Keys, to bring more than two hours of entertainment.

Besides establishing himself as an artist in his own right, Matt has performed his late father’s hits such as Born Free and From Russia With Love in his own style for sell-out crowds across the world.

He has been performing his stage show since he appeared on Opportunity Knocks in 1986.
