Rock musical Rent comes to Hanley’s Regent Theatre

SMASH hit Broadway and West End rock musical Rent comes to Hanley’s Regent Theatre on Tuesday.
The award-winning show, based on Puccini’s opera La Boheme, runs until Saturday, October 24.
It tells the story of a group of young artists struggling in New York.
Director Tim Churchill says: “This is a new production but, of course, we have kept many of the iconic features that the die hard Rent fans will love.”
This production is being staged by the creative team behind recent touring shows, the Queen musical We Will Rock You, and Oliver!.
Shows start at 8pm.
