Crewe Male Voice Choir give annual concert at Crewe’s Lyceum theatre

CREWE Male Voice Choir present their 51st annual concert at Crewe’s Lyceum Theatre next week.
The choir, now more than 50 years old, will be joined by principal guest Denise Leigh, who was a joint winner of Channel 4 talent search show Operatunity.
Denise’s husband Stephan will also be on hand to entertain the audience with his accordion, and will be accompanying his wife.
A choir spokesman says: “We have more than 50 members at present, bucking the general trend and we frequently have 40-plus singers at major concerts, a sizeable choir these days.”
The concert starts at 7.30pm on Saturday, October 10. Tickets are priced £7-£10, phone the box office 01270 537333.
