Blitz Kids take on The Box in Crewe

RIG Up Explosive will be re-inventing themselves at The Box in Pedley Street, Crewe on Friday under their new guise Blitz Kids.

The Nantwich band have changed their name ahead of a short and selective tour and the release on a new EP called Decisions.

About the name change, they said: “This was perhaps the hardest decision we have had to make as a band, but we feel it’s the right one.

“Now we have direction and a new found passion, and we just aren’t the same band anymore.”

Support comes from the excellent Skinny Pigs, punk pop four-piece Lost Response and highly-rated Stoke four-piece Cause An Effect.
