Even if you don’t believe in miracles, an hour or so spent in the company of Marie-Claire Carlyle will convince you that anything is possible.

The life coach runs a ‘miracle club’ where her students are inspired to think positively about their own lives and futures. “It is basically affordable group life coaching where you are surrounded by positive people and everything is possible,” she says.

“I have a big vision for it, I would love to see it go worldwide. Lots of people have started asking me to set one up in their area.”

She is well-known locally as a Feng Shui consultant and transformational coach, a certified Neuro Linguistic Processing practitioner and is practised in the art of Feng Shui and Cosmic Ordering – which is all a long way from her original career.

Until five years ago Marie-Claire was a sales director for a national software company. Her life revolved around managing a sales team and motivating them to reach their targets. Although she was highly successful, she felt unfulfilled.

“I had a great salary, a nice car, a lovely home – but something was missing,” she said.

“It got to the stage where I thought I was sitting in a goldfish bowl with nothing much left to do.”

It was then that Marie-Claire decided to re-train as a Feng Shui consultant.

Now, in her many and varying roles she spends her life helping people to realise their dreams and ambitions.

She is keen on clearing ‘clutter’ both emotionally and physically, believing it to be the stumbling block to people achieving success.

“Clearing clutter helps bring clarity,” she says. “It helps people focus on the direction they want their lives to go in. Sub-consciously clutter acts as a comfort blanket and stops you from moving on.”

One of Marie-Claire’s workshops on finance has also led her to publish a book How To Become a Money Magnet which reveals seven basic steps to increasing wealth. “Following the steps helps people unlock their potential to increase their wealth,” she explains.

As well as running individual coaching sessions, Marie-Claire teaches extensively across the region, including adult education classes at West Cheshire College in Handbridge and miracle club sessions in Chester and Neston. This month she is running a two-day Feng Shui course at the Leaf Lifestyle and Beauty centre in Tattenhall.
