Outdoor play of Dumas classic

THE famous tale of The Three Musketeers gets the outdoors treatment at Tatton Park near Knutsford on Saturday.

The award-winning Illyria Outdoor Theatre company bring Alexandre Dumas' comic adventure to life in the picturesque setting outside the Old Hall.

Organisers suggest low-back chairs and rugs with a picnic, and to dress for all weathers.

Umbrellas are prohibited, and the show will go on regardless of adverse weather.

The show starts at 6.30pm, with gates open at 5.30pm. Tickets are £10 adults, £7 children, phone 01625 374400 to book.
