MANCHESTER Britpop pioneers Oasis and Vegas glam-rockers The Killers will perform at the V Festival next week.

Also on the bill are Razorlight, Snow Patrol, Fatboy Slim, Keane, The Specials, Elbow, as well as V Festival virgins such as Pendulum, The Ting Tings, MGMT and Lady Ga Ga.
Festival director Bob Angus says: “We’re genuinely thrilled to have such an eclectic line-up this year. “Our headliners, The Killers and Oasis, are two of the biggest acts in music today and, with them being joined by some really exuberant newcomers, the V Festival will give festival fans something to shout about.”
