Acker Bilk and Kenny Ball at Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall

JAZZ legends Acker Bilk and Kenny Ball are appearing at Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall in a back-to-back concert on Friday, September 25 – and we have two pairs of tickets to be won!

Acker performs with his Paramount Jazz Band while Kenny will play with his Jazzmen.

In June 2004 Acker released his first live album for 10 years.

For more than 40 years Kenny Ball has flown the flag for his particular brand of trad jazz.

It’s a tribute to his stamina and musical integrity that Kenny and co are as popular today as they were back in 1960 when they had their first chart hit with Samantha.
