THE kids are back in town next week when High School Musical bounds on to the Regent Theatre stage in Hanley.
The adaptation of the hit Disney Channel musical film has returned following the inevitable sell-out tour last year.
The phenomenon does not let up as the cast take audiences back to the first film, featuring the initial meeting of Troy Bolton, a basketball ‘jock’ and academic new girl in town Gabriella Montez, who share a passion for singing.
High School Musical runs from Monday until Saturday, June 6. Shows start at 7pm, with 5pm and 8.30pm performances on the Friday and another at 2.30pm on Saturday. Tickets are £14.50-£29.50, phone 0870 787 5780.
