SpongeBob Squarepants flies into theatre

CARTOON favourite SpongeBob Squarepants makes his stage debut at The Lowry ion Salford Quays this week in brand new musical SpongeBob Squarepants: The Sponge Who Could Fly!
It features a magical set that transports the audience to SpongeBob’s underwater world in a story of courage and coming of age, which tells the tale of SpongeBob’s desire to ‘fly’ with the jellyfish of Jellyfish Fields and his persistence in achieving his dream.
Theatre spokesman Dave Bradbury said: “Perfect for all ages, it’s a tale too exciting to be kept undersea.”
