Soulful songwriter at Alexander’s

MANCHESTER-born Kate Threlfall is a soulful singer songwriter who incorporates a love of jazz and R&B into her piano based tunes.

She will be in action at Alexander’s Jazz Theatre in Chester on Thursday, January 15.

Currently based in Liverpool, Kate performs both independently at her piano, and with her new band.

Brought up in a musical family, Kate considers Stevie Wonder, Billie Holiday and Aretha Franklin some of her main influences.

She will be recording her debut EP in the New Year with her band, with performances to follow in Liverpool, Chester and London.

Tickets for her Chester show cost £7.
