FEMALE singing sensation All Angels are performing in concert at Shrewsbury School on February 7.
In just three years, the ensemble has created a highly-individual sound.
Their first album All Angels became the fastest selling first album for a classical ensemble and won a platinum disc.
On the strength of this, the girls were nominated for the Classical Brit Awards in May 2007 and performed to a TV audience of 10 million.
The group’s second album Into Paradise has also sold in huge numbers, some of the tracks from which were performed in a sell-out performance at the International Eisteddfod in Llangollen in summer 2008.
This was followed by a very successful concert with Russell Watson and Katherine Jenkins in the Quarry, Shrewsbury.
Tickets to the concert cost £22, £16 for full-time students and wheelchair users, and are available from Shrewsbury Music Hall, telephone 01743 281281.
