Box hosts bill of Indie and rock bands including Flux

A TRIPLE dose of rock and indie comes to The Box in Crewe on Saturday.

Headlining at the new venue will be Crewe-based indie band Flux, an outfit that has proved a creative haven for musical journeymen Glyn Sutton on vocals and guitar, Ade Clark on bass and Lee Berry on drums and vocals.

Flux’s diverse list of influences includes The Vines, Nirvana, The Beatles, Supergrass, Muse, Iron Maiden and The Subways.

Shropshire band, Emrys, began as an acoustic project under the name of And Time Stood Still.

Emrys take influence from bands such as Reuben, Emarosa, Sky Eats Airplane, Secondsmile, The Fall Of Troy, Architects.

Completing the line-up is newly-formed indie outfit, The Dead Heads.

Doors at 8pm. Entry is £3 including entry to after show club night.
