Michael Buble announces Liverpool arena date

SMOOTH soloist Michael Bublé appears at the Liverpool Summer Pops festival at the Echo Arena this Sunday (July 20).

His UK arena tour follows the success of Call Me Irresponsible, his third studio album, which sold over 750,000 albums on these shores alone, peaking at number 2 and becoming one of the strongest selling releases of 2007 in the process.

The album’s success has been assisted by the self-penned hit singles Everything and Lost.

Also playing in the final week of the Liverpool festival are Blondie & The Stranglers on Wednesday, The Rat Pack on Thursday, Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra on Friday, July 25 and The Australian Pink Floyd Show (Dark Side Of The Moon/Animals) on Saturday, July 26
