CHART-TOPPERS McFly are back with a bigger sound, a new agenda and are embarking on a massive arena tour this November which will see them close their tour at the Echo Arena Liverpool on Saturday, November 29.
Their stomping, summer anthem is One For The Radio, the debut release on their own label, Super Records.
The single is an ode to the fans that have made them one of the biggest British bands of the decade.
Recorded in Australia in January, produced by Jason Perry, former frontman of rockband ‘A’, this is the first single from the band’s forthcoming album, Radio:ACTIVE.
Last year, McFly opted to leave the major label that launched them in 2004 and helped them achieve multi-platinum sales success. Funded by the band themselves, Super Records is a wholly independent operation, impressive for a group of band members who are only aged between 20 and 22.
Tickets for the Liverpool gig go on sale on Sunday, July 20.
