ROCK band Feeder have announced details of a full UK tour for October and November.
The announcement comes along with the release date for a new single, Tracing Lines, which is due out on August 11.
Tickets for the tour dates go on sale on Friday, June 27 June, with members of the band’s website (www.Feederweb.com) able to pre-order them from Wednesday, June 25.
This is the band’s first proper tour in almost three years and these autumn dates will be fans’ first chance to see the full new Feeder live show which will feature tracks from the band’s 16 year history.Š
The band has released its sixth studio album Silent Cry and played some low-key shows round the country to preview the record.Š
The new single is the follow up to We Are the People which was the highest entry in the singles chart week of release.
After T in the Park they head to Japan and Korea for dates and return for appearances at the Reading & Leeds Festivals.
Feeder also appear alongside The Cribs, Tom Smith from Editors, Jack Penate and The Futureheads among others on the Independents Day album released July 4.Š This is a compilation album featuring independent artist covering other independent releases – Feeder tackle Public Image by PIL.
The tour includes October 20 at the Victoria Hall in Stoke-on-Trent (0870 060 6649), October 21 at Manchester Apollo (0844 576 5483), OctoberŠ29 at Liverpool University (0151 256 5555) and November 5 at Llandudno Arena (0844 576 5483).
