If you go down to the woods next weekend, expect to see a dazzling line up of music stars.
Delamere Forest’s Music in the Forest series will be headlined by The Zutons, Elbow, and KT Tunstall.
Liverpool band The Zutons play on Friday June 13 with Thea Gilmore and support from Noah and The Whale
Elbow headline on Saturday, June 14, supported by I Am Kloot.
The support act’s latest album I Am Kloot Play Moolah Rouge was released last month and Elbow specifically requested the act join them for their special forest gig.
Elbow were a late addition to the line up after James Morrison had to pull out of the summer concert series.
The Sunday finale gig on June 15 will be KT Tunstall, supported by singer-songwriter Tom Baxter.
The concert arena will open at approximately 6pm, with live music starting from approximately 7:30pm.
Concerts are unseated and general admission only.
You are welcome to bring folding picnic chairs or rugs.
A full licensed bar and a variety of hot food outlets will be available at all venues.
If you bring picnics, items such as glass, cans, metal cutlery and large containers are not usually permitted into the arena.
Concerts will go ahead regardless of weather, but umbrellas are not allowed in the arena.
