Big Brother 9 ready for launch

Big Brother 9 starts tonight but contestants will not be doing the usual walk into the house.
Instead, BB 9 contestants will arrive in vans and take just a few steps to the front door.
The change, one of many to be revealed by Channel 4, is partly because a blind youngster is among 16 taking part. A source said: "The blind boy is likely to be taken to the door by presenter Davina McCall."
Of the 16, three have children and the eldest is 42. There is a comic, a US deportee, a Buddhist, a Muslim, a DJ and an owner of a £13,000 watch. One has been in a Hugh Grant film, another has had a boob job - and one claims never to have watched BB.
