Coldplay announce live Radio 1 gig

Coldplay have announced they are to perform a live gig from the Brixton Academy, London, on Monday, June 16.
The whole gig will be broadcast live on Radio 1 on a specially extended Zane Lowe show, 7-10pm, and will include tracks from Coldplay's new album, alongside their biggest hits.
This will be Coldplay's first live date in the UK since the release of their new album, Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friend.
Last month Chris Martin and Jonny Buckland, from Flintshire, personally delivered a copy of the new single, Violet Hill, to Jo Whiley who was the first to play the track.
