LEGENDARY performer Tina Turner returns to the MEN Arena in Manchester for her first shows in over a decade on Monday, March 30 and Tuesday, March 31 next year.
Tickets, priced £50, £75 and £100, go on sale 9am on Wednesday, May 28.
Tina, who last performed at the Arena in December 1996, will bring her new stage show to Manchester next spring to celebrate over four decades in music.
Tina, who dueted with Beyonce at The Grammy Awards earlier this year, will perform tracks from her explosive back catalogue, including her early career singles River Deep Mountain High, Proud Mary and Nutbush City Limits through to her solo superstar smashes Let’s Stay Together, What’s Love Got To Do With It, We Don’t Need Another Hero and The Best.
Tina said: “After performing with Beyonce at The Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, the response was overwhelming. Everywhere I went people were asking me when I was going back on tour.
“So after a lot of thought and planning we announced an American tour. Now Europe beckons and I don’t want to let down all my loyal fans over there.”
