Katherine Jenkins returns to MEN Arena in December

INTERNATIONAL operatic star Katherine Jenkins returns to the MEN Arena on Thursday, December 18.

Katherine, who appeared alongside Darcey Bussell in Viva La Diva at the Arena on Wednesday, May 14, returns to Manchester later this year to perform arias from her new album, available in November.

Katherine said: “Although I love being in Viva La Diva, it’s meant that I haven’t actually done a concert tour for two years. I am so excited to be going back out on the road with an orchestra and to be premiering some songs from the new album.”

Katherine Jenkins was first discovered at the age of 12 when she became the BBC Welsh Choirgirl of the year.Š

She has since gone from strength to strength, performing at major international venues including the Sydney Opera House, producing five acclaimed albums, all of which entered the classical charts at number one.

Katherine’s new album, her sixth, will be released in November by UCJ Music.

Special guests supporting Katherine will be four piece Blake.
