Coldplay announce Echo Arena Liverpool gig

BRITISH supergroup Coldplay have announced a UK leg as an extension to their recently advertised tour which is taking in the US, Canada and Japan.
And this is great news for Liverpool music fans because the band will be calling at the Echo Arena on Wednesday, December 10.
Ian Congdon, Echo Arena sales manager, said: ‘Securing Coldplay represents the tip of the iceberg of the amount of hard work that has gone in to establishing the venue. That we are able to secure this level of act within four months of opening a new venue is without doubt a phenomenal success.”
Tickets are expected to go on sale soon. Information regarding the on sale date and ticket prices will be released as soon as they are made available.
