VETERAN star of stage and screen Joe McGann stars in Fiddler On The Roof, which runs at Liverpool’s Empire Theatre next week.
McGann, whose most famous role was as Charlie in early 90s comedy series The Upper Hand, stars as Jewish milkman and father of five Tevye, who struggles to uphold both family and religious traditions in Russia.
The show is packed with all the best-loved songs including Matchmaker, Matchmaker, Sunrise, Sunset and If I Were A Rich Man.
The show has won nine Tony awards and is one of the longest running shows ever to have played on Broadway.
