Popular in America for the past decade, scrapbooking involves the preservation of photographs and mementoes, carefully designed on scrapbook pages, that build into albums for the enjoyment of generations to come.

Turning photographs into stories and keepsakes is easy, especially when you have thousands of papers and embellishments.

Just remember that it’s really important to use acid free papers, card and adhesives to minimise the risk of scrapbook pages becoming discoloured, cracked or damaged over time.

As a beginner, it’s a good idea to use a kit or follow a design that can be found in one of the many magazines or books dedicated to scrapbooking.
