West Cheshire College urges "resolve to learn something new"

LEARNING something new is the second most popular New Year’s resolution after losing weight, according to a national survey.

And West Cheshire College has dozens of leisure and pleasure courses starting in January to help meet that need.

Whatever you’re interested in, it’s almost certain the College is running a course somewhere - either at our campuses or in community learning centres throughout the Chester, Ellesmere Port and Neston areas – to help you in your quest for knowledge.

Some are very practical -learning new languages, lip reading, or finding your way around your computer.

Others will help you keep fit -Latino dancing, ballroom dancing or golf.

Not to mention courses of interest to those of a holistic leaning -yoga, Tai Chi, cosmic ordering, life coaching and holistic therapies.

Gastronomes may want to learn how to cook like a TV chef, improve their cake baking and decorating skills or find out more about wine appreciation.

And of course there is a broad range of arts and crafts classes.

Most courses begin during the week commencing January 11 so if you would like to find out more and enrol simply search online at www.west-cheshire.ac.uk or call the College Hotline on 01244 670600.
