Masters goes to a play-off

The US Masters went to a three-man play-off after leader Kenny Perry dropped shots on the last two holes to open the door to Angel Cabrera and Chad Campbell.

With Campbell in the clubhouse on 12 under Perry made it nervy as he bogeyed the 17th to reduce his lead to one shot, going over the green and then chipping off the front.

And when he drove into the bunker down the left on 18 the tension level went up another notch. After Cabrera had missed the green short right, Perry went left from the sand and from there chipped 15 feet long. Cabrera chipped to within three feet, leaving Perry with a putt to win and become golf's oldest major champion. It failed to drop, though, and when Cabrera made his putt it meant a three-way play-off.
