Marlon King stunned former club Hull as Middlesbrough snatched a 3-1 win and three vital points in their Barclays Premier League survival fight.
King, who left Hull after falling out with manager Phil Brown in January, dispossessed George Boateng with two minutes remaining to seal a crucial victory at the Riverside Stadium.
Tuncay Sanli and Matthew Bates were also on target for Boro, either side of a Manucho equaliser.
