Potters complete Kelly capture

Stoke have signed defender Stephen Kelly on loan from Birmingham after being granted special dispensation by the Premier League.
Right-back Kelly, 25, joins the Barclays Premier League side until the end of the season. The deal has been allowed to go ahead because the Republic of Ireland international was unable to travel to Stoke on Monday, which was transfer deadline day.
Because of heavy snow, the Premier League opted to allow transfers which were agreed but not completed by 5pm on Monday to go through, providing they received email confirmation from the clubs involved that a deal had been agreed in principle and that the poor weather had held up the signings.
